1. Purpose of this portal

The Privacy Portal centralizes guidance for data subjects who wish to exercise rights provided by applicable Brazilian data protection law or obtain clarification about GeoSpace's processing of personal information.

This channel may be used by website visitors, customer representatives, partners, suppliers, candidates, commercial contacts, and others who have shared personal data with GeoSpace.

2. Rights you may request

You may request confirmation of processing, access to data, correction of incomplete or outdated information, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.

You may also request clarification about criteria used in any automated decision, when this practice applies to the relationship maintained with GeoSpace.

3. How to submit a request

Send an email to comercial.geospace@gmail.com with the subject 'LGPD Request - GeoSpace'. In the message body, include your full name, contact email, relationship with GeoSpace, and clearly describe your request.

To protect your data, we may request identity confirmation or additional information before responding. Requests made by representatives must indicate the basis of representation and, when necessary, provide supporting documentation.

4. Deadline and response

GeoSpace will analyze requests diligently and respond within a period compatible with applicable law and the complexity of the request.

When a request cannot be fully fulfilled, we will explain the reasons, such as legal obligations, the need to preserve rights, technical impossibility, or absence of data related to the identified data subject.

5. Withdrawal of consent and communications

If you have authorized commercial communications, you may request that sending be stopped at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing previously performed on a valid basis.

Even after withdrawal, some data may be retained when necessary for legal compliance, preference records, fraud prevention, security, or regular exercise of rights.

6. Complaints and questions

If you have privacy questions or believe your request was not handled properly, contact us through the same channel for reassessment.

The data subject may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority, according to procedures made available by the authority itself.
